I undoubtedly missed this question: The team captain requests a time out in the last set with no time outs remaining. Penalty is: A. Unnecessary delay & unsporting conduct (this made me laugh) B. Unsporting conduct (yellow) C. No Penalty D. Unnecessary delay, loss of rally and point. Now I know they wanted me to select 'D,' but I like to think I'm smarter than that. I selected 'C' because I would have known she had no time outs left, and I would have rejected her request (nicely). Another question that made me chuckle: All players, except the Libero, shall be in correct serving order. T or F. HUH? What kind of question is that? I, of course, answered False. But what does this kind of question teach referees about the Libero position? Nothing, really. It's purely a trick question meant to confuse.
