What's the correct ruling on a player removing an article of clothing which is not part of the uniform. Player is warming up in a warmup shirt. At the conclusion of her team's warmups, she goes to her bench, strips off the warmup shirt down to her sports bra and dons her game jersey. Unsporting conduct? Technically, the warmup shirt is not part of the uniform but this quick change seems contrary to the spirit of 4-2.1.e I assume removing the warmup shirt is permissable in all cases if it was being worn over a game jersey. Is it different when there's just skin and a sports bra underneath the warmup shirt?
